A little background
I was born with health challenges including asthma and lower back pain that progressively got worse as I got older. Thankfully I also inherited from my parents a strong knowledge of natural health and training.
Working with my parent’s holistic approach, we ended the asthma before my teenage years. Herbal medicine and a healthy lifestyle replaced a nebulizer and pump (chemicals).
In 2015, I was experiencing debilitating lower back pain, to the extent that my left leg was paralyzed. After several MRIs, and opinions from three neuro-spine doctors, the prognosis was grim. Serious surgery was the unanimous recommendation.
Working with other professionals, I was able to use my holistic approach to apply many principles I use with my clients including healthy lifestyle changes, herbal medicine and supplements, holistic modalities and the mindset of determination.
Until now I have been able to avoid the knife (surgery) and finally live a life free of pain.
I have many degrees and accolades, but I wanted to share with you the things that give me drive. I living proof that this approach works. I enjoy sharing real solutions to people through this platform.”
