Each signature treatment combines a variety of techniques to relax and release mental stress, tight muscles and webbed fascia layers of the body. These techniques include cupping cranial sacral, Swedish, deep tissue, myo-fascial release, neuro-muscular, cupping, energy work and more.

Benchmark (first appointment), $250.

Benchmark Followup, $95 (month 1)

Maintenance Followups, $65. (every 3-4 months) Consultation Add-On $30.

All appointments include Biofeedback scan, report, consultation, E-coaching and suggested supplement regimen. However, the Maintenance Followups does not include consultation. Why? Usually, clients don’t need a consultation, with Temna, at this point. But if a consultation is needed, it’s an additional $30.

Please note:

Don’t be a “ghost client”. Maintenance Followups expire after 4 months. You will have to start the program from the beginning with a Benchmark appointment if we don’t see you within the allotted time. Your body’s health is not static. Biofeedback scans are a snapshot of your health at a moment in time and the data does expire.

Temna’s Rebuild program does not include supplements.
