It takes 90 days for the body to rebuild plus an additional month for every year a person has endured an illness.

To explain, we’ll create a hypothetical example of a woman named Ruth who has just begun her Temna’s Rebuild program.

Ruth explains that she hasn’t been feeling well and has suffered from arthritic pain for the past year.

For Ruth, the 90 plus rule means that she should expect to see permanent healing/rebuild after she completes 90 days plus one month (120 days) on Temna’s Rebuild program regimen and Temna’s fundamental five.

The reasons are simple and logical.  The body is structured in layers.  The physical layers from small to large could be arranged in this order.  The smallest is the inner cell.  Then Cells, Tissues, Organs, Systems and so on.

Similar layers exist with our emotional make-up.

Any back to health rebuild needs to start from the smallest elements (cellular level) to eventually rebuild the larger ones.

The first few weeks of Temna’s Rebuild program actually trigger healthy changes in the cellular level.  The body sees the chance for a mild purge and starts rebuilding cells.  Eventually there are enough building blocks and support for the body to start tackling bigger issues.

Once balance is restored the healing goes deeper into layers that have been lingering problems such as Ruth’s arthritis.  There has been about a year’s worth of damage, so she will need about a month to rebuild.

Of course this process is generally true.  There are many variables such as discipline and commitment that affect the time needed to heal.
